All of our paper and cardboard packaging can be either recycled or composted. Instead of plastic bottles and jars, we use glass which is infinitely recyclable along with the metal lids that come with. We use 100% recycled paper for our shipping labels and tape with a biodegradable adhesive. Our stuffing is from repurposed kraft paper and our boxes are from 100% recycled material, too! Everything that comes to you in the mail is completely recyclable or compostable if you’re into that good stuff! Whenever possible, we try to re-use what we receive from our suppliers – if your package comes looking a little extra “used”, that’s because it is!

Once your order has been placed, please allow for 2-4 business days as we hand pack each and every order with love for you and for our earth. We try to ship every order out the same or next day, this of course depends on how many orders we have at any given time!

If you need to change the address your order will be shipped to, please send us an email as soon as you can. We try our best to accommodate our customers, however if an order has already been sent out, we can no longer change or update the address it is being sent to.

We normally do not accept returns or issue refunds due to sanitary and environmental reasons. But, if you feel that a return/refund is necessary, please contact us and we will review your request on a case to case basis. We urge you to be sure that you want to make your purchase before doing so. Please be sure to check over the ingredients on each product you are purchasing, especially if you may be allergic to any of the ingredients listed.
